We have a group of wood carvers who meet at the Sun City Woodshop two times each week. Many participate in the Texas Woodcarvers Guild and Sun City activities. They invite everyone, from beginner to experienced, to join them. |
The carvers will meet at the "New- Improved Woodshop" on Monday evenings and Tuesday mornings. It will be great, to again have the resources of the shop at hand, to supplement our hand carving. We invite anyone who has ever said "I'd like to try that" to join us. We'll get you started and you will be a carver in no time. Remember, we meet in the woodshop, and the times are:
Monday evening - 6:30 to about 9:00
Tuesday morning - 8:30 to about 11:00
Please visit this web site again. We will post our activities and keep you abreast of what we are doing. As members complete carvings, we will try to publish pictures on a regular basis. Also, check out the carvings and wood shop projects in the display case outside the Ballroom.
